No fewer than 150,000 Nigerians are expected to attend the forthcoming Oyotunji Cultural Fiesta scheduled to hold in Sheldon, South Carolina, US. Oba Egunjobi Adefunmi II, the Oloyotunji of Oyotunji African Village, Sheldon, South Carolina, USA made this known while addressing the pressmen on his arrival to Nigeria at Muritala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos on Thursday.

Sànpònná, one of the great deities in Yoruba. He has great facts about himself which make him the Deity he is today. Some of the facts are listed hereunder.

A magistrate’s court sitting in Osogbo, Osun State has ordered the Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr. Fimihan Adeoye, to arrest the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed  Akanbi, and bring him to court on January 6, 2017.
