Fayemioye’s blog is a religious blog that provides information to those at home and in Diaspora that seeks knowledge and understanding on Yoruba spirituality especially Ifá and Òrìṣà.

Founded in 2014, this blog is also aimed at helping our black brothers and sisters in diaspora  reconnect back to their root after the loss of lives of our ancestors in the Mediterranean sea and in the hands of slavery.

In Ifa, there are specific roles that had been prescribed for an apetebi to ensure the development of home, the community, and the nation as a whole in line with the dictates of Olodumare. According to Ifa, an apetebi is the wife of Ifa, and not necessarily, the wife of a Babalawo or an ifa practitioner. Almost every practitioner, if not all have had Ifa initiation, even those who are not practitioners find themselves initiated for a convinced reason known to them.
