City sign Mangala

Manchester City have announced the signing of defender Eliaquim Mangala from Porto. The France centre-back was in Manchester in July to complete a medicalafter the two clubs agreed a €40 million deal.City had tried to sign Mangala during the January transfer window but the Portuguese club held firm, despite the investment trust that owns part of his economic rights willing to do a deal. The 20-year-old, identified simply as Chukwuma, is said to have taken the livesof 3 women after which he had s*x with the corpse Details of the crime were made known by the Police Public Relations Officer for the state,Chris Anyanwu.He said: “We nabbed him after placing surveillanceat a particular farm, where he usually waylays women who are going to farm or coming back from farm. We got the information that he had killed three women in the same way. He has the habit of waylaying the women on lonely bush path.
