A college freshman died after he fell from a 20-foot cooling tower he was climbing on a dormitory roof. Michael Anderson, 19, was a student at the University of Arizona. Campus police say the fall appears to be an accident. Anderson and another student scaled an exterior wall of three-story Colonia de la Paz Residence Hall before 4 a.m. Friday to get to the roof, The Daily Wildcat reports. The two then reportedly climbed the metal frame of a 20-foot cooling unit on top of the building. Anderson fell from the cooling unit onto the roof. The unidentified student told police that Anderson fell to the roof. Sgt. Filbert Barrera, a campus police spokesman, says Anderson already was dead when officers and Tucson fire personnel arrived. He also said the climb seem planned. 'Somebody definitely gave a lot of thought to how they were going to get up there,' Barrera told The Arizona Daily Star. Sudirman who spoke with the News Agency of Nigeria on the sidelines of the voting in Lagos said the election would also be conducted in Abuja on April 6. The envoy said the election was being conducted, ahead of the Indonesian legislative elections. A new faction of All Progressives Congress (APC) headed by State Chairman of defunct Congress for Progressives Change (CPC), Chief Ajibade Emiabata has emerged. Explaining the action at the new faction’s Ade-Onitimirin Street, Surulere, Lagos Secretariat on Wednesday, Emiabata said the merger that birthed APC has since been marginalizing him and chairmen of two other political parties ― All Progressive People’s Party (ANPP) and All Progressive Grand Alliance (ANPP) ― that make up the party. Former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has taken a “long-term teaching position” at Harvard. The 72-year-old, who retired at the end of last season after more than 26 years at Old Trafford, will lecture as part of a programme called “The Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports”. He gave a lecture on his management style at the university in 2012. Ferguson said: “I’m delighted to have the opportunity and privilege to contribute.” The Scot won 38 trophies while managing United, including 13 league titles and two Champions League crowns, and is now a club director and ambassador. Harvard business school professor Anita Elberse said: “We look forward to welcoming Sir Alex Ferguson to share his remarkable leadership journey.”
