Graphic: Araba Awodiran Ifa’s festival + 10th coronation anniversary + 25 yrs of remembrance + installation ceremony


It all went down to Saturday, August 13, 2016 when the Araba of Oworonsoki land, Lagos Nigeria, chief Awodiran Agboola also the “Asoju awo agbaye” celebrated not only his annual Ifa festival but also the 10th coronation as the Araba of Oworonsoki kingdom, 25 years of remembrance of his late father , Chief Fasina Akano Agboola was  (Araba of Lagos state)  .




Araba Awodiran didn’t stop at that; he also awarded chieftain titles to people from “home” (Nigeria) and Diaspora (abroad).
Iyanifa Ninimoye Oyadara an African American received the title ‘Yeye atunwaye of Oworonsoki, Lagos Nigeria, Oloye Fagbenga Oyesanya (Nigerian) was named the “Oba edu of Oworonsoki”,  James Frost(Ifaboye) installed as Olooto Awo of Oworoland to mention a few.
Prominent personalities were also spotted at the occasion, the likes Chief Ifayemi Elebuibon (Araba of Oshogbo), Chief Adeboye Oyesanya (Araba of Odi-olowo), popular fuji musician, Saheed Osupa to mention a few.
I want to use this medium to say a big congratulation to Araba Awodiran Agboola and those who received cheiftaincy titles.
