Oke Itase 2020/21: Full message from the Odu (Ogbè Alárá)

The World Annual Ifá Òrìsà festival 2020/21 which took place in Ile-Ife within the 5-7 of June came with the sacred odu of Ogbe Alárá accompanied by Àyẹwò (Ikú).

According to a viral WhatsApp audio clip by one Emioye Ifadayisi, therein contains the full Ifá messages from the just-concluded festival.

Osun State, Lagos State, Kwara state, Ekiti state, Oyo state served as mouthpieces in passing the Ifa's messages.

1: Ifa says every practitioner should feed his/her Ori with Snail respectively. We should also procure a snail to feed Esu. It says every practitioner should ensure the feeding of the Ooni of Ife Ori. This is for peace and security according to Ifa.

2: Ifa says we should never despise one another. We should make available snails for Esu and Ori. Ifa says your blanket/duvet or any cloth used in covering your body in bed should be added as Ebo item.

3: Ifa insists that we should feed Ori. We should also procure Mashed beans (Egbo) and Beans to feed our respective Ifa.

4: Ifa says we should make Akose (Spiritual works) of the elders of the night. This is to embrace ire (goodness) from nooks and crannies.

5: Ifa says we should never allow a hen to lay eggs not to talk of it hatching these eggs in our homes. 

Ifa says Nigeria will be divided, Ifa says we should make ebo so as for us to prosper despite the circumstance. Ifa says this division will come in women's path, we should all get ready so as for us to be victorious.

Ifa assures that all your aspirations this year shall come to pass. It says there is chaos going on around, not until everyone bows to Ifa till this chaos becomes history.

6: Ifa warns against lies, we practitioners especially Babalawos should desist. This lies telling serve as a blockage to our Ire. Ifa also instructs every practitioner never to envy. The rate of envious persons in Isese is alarming, we should desist.

7: Ifa advises Obatala practitioners to go take care of Obatala. Ifa says we should never allow the lack of gin (or any other alcohol you give to your Ifa) around our Ifa.

8: Ifa says we should rub a rat all over our head and do drop it on Esu. Ifa says practitioners should take very good care of their Ifa and children. Ifa says we should never eat Oya (Bushmeat) from this year to that of next.

9: Ifa says we should procure a knife/sword as an ebo item. This is because of Isegun (Victory) and for all to witness this year and the subsequent. Ifa says we should get a yam, knife this yam into two vertically, and use Iyerosun (yellowish powder) to imprint Ogbe Alara and then incant the verse. After this, pour the iyerosun on both of the yams and then keep one on Ifa the second on Esu.

10: Ifa says the truth should be upheld at all times in our endeavors.

11: Ifa says we should go feed Egbe Orun (Heavenly Mates) and Ifa with gin. If a says all should go feed/appease to our deceased father and if not dead, make something that would make him happy. Ifa says we should also feed Sango for goodness and for robberies in all aspects.

12: Ifa says we should make ebo over adversaries, we should provide snail to feed Orisa-nla. There are some people adversary over Isese, we should make ebo. We should also make prayers for the barren women from now till subsequent. Ifa assures children for these barren women. Ifa tells Babalawos to always appear clean never appear in dishabille.

13: Ifa says we should make ebo over adversaries, there are many of them. Ifa says we should make for a multiplicity and also to always show a generous gesture towards Ibeji (twins) or any person who gives birth to it. We should be watchful of our temper, we should never lose our temper to the ultimate echelon.

14: Ifa implores everyone to be patient, exercise iwa pele all times. Ifa advises all to go get something that makes his or her mother happy and if deceased, he or she should ask whatever mother wants and feed her. This is all because of goodness. Ifa says when we get to our various houses we should procure "eku eda" (Multimamate rat) then go get Ifa herbs, insert these herbs around the rat. 

After this, use it to rub all parts of the body for three days afterward you go put it on Esu. This is all for Arun (illness/disease).
