Emir of Kano: Tell Nigerians what You'll do for them not Attacking each other

The Emir of Kano Alh. Muhammad Sanusi II has urged politicians in the state and the country at large to desist from the old harbit of attacking and condemning their
opponents during their campaigns this he said is not what Nigerians want to hear.

He said said politicians must learn to tell the people what they intend to do for them if voted into office as such is the practice in developed countries. The Emir made this call
today when the Kano State PDP
Gubernatorial candidate Mal. Sagir Takai paid him a visit at his palace.

The Emir also called on INEC to make sure that every eligible registered voter gets his PVC before the February Election and ensure that the elections are conducted free and fair.

The Emir called on youth not to engage in any form of violence during and after the election.

On his own part, Takai said he was at the palace to solicit the Royal father's blessing and support towards the next month election.

He further stated that if voted in his
administration will complete every project the present government is not able to complete.

He also said his gov will bring
about more development to the people of the state particularly providing jobs for the unemployed youths.

He called on their supporters to be law abiding and not to allow any one to use them in causing chaos.
