I have received N54m donations -Buhari

APC’s presidential candidate, Muhammadu
Buhari, says he has received over N54m in donations from Nigerians to support his campaign in the 2015 elections.

Buhari, who spoke in Abuja on Tuesday, said he borrowed the
idea from how President Barrack Obama funded
his presidential campaign in the US.

He believed the idea of getting small donations from everybody would ensure that he remained
independent in decision making.
