Hotel Fires Employee Who Sold Jay Z & Solange’s Fight Video For $250,000

Standard Hotel management yesterday announced that they have discovered the staff who sold Jay Z and Solange’s elevator fight toTMZand the staff has since been sacked. According to them the staff was sacked for “breaching the security polices of the hotel and recording the confidential CCTV video” which was against the hotel rules. Hmmm nice decision by the hotel management, but then one would want to ask if the guy really needs the job with the huge some of$250,000 in his possession.

A rural North Carolina that was horrified last year when an 11-year-old girl was raped and murdered in her own bed has been shocked again - this time after a neighbor boy, age just 14, was arrested and charged with the crime. McKenzie Mae Sessoms, a fifth grader from Clinton, North Carolina, was found suffocated with a pillow last September 6 - the morning after her brothers threw a 'rowdy gathering' at the family home. On Wednesday, police announced the arrest of a young teenage boy, who is charged with first-degree rape and murder. Officials did not release his name, but family and neighbors identified him as Antonio Trey Jones. At the time of the murder, Jones was living with his grandfather Howard Jones in a house off a dirt road - just feet from McKenzie's home, Mr Jones told WTVD-TV. Suspected kidnapper burnt to death in Lagos

A man, who allegedly kidnapped two children at Iyana-Ipaja, a suburb of Lagos State, was on Wednesday evening burnt to death, the News Agency of Nigeria reports. An eyewitness, Yusuf Sanni, told NAN at the scene that the suspected kidnapper was caught with two children on Oshundairo Street in Iyana-Ipaja. He said the man was first sighted on the street on Tuesday loitering around. “This man was seen on the street wearing boxers and looking unkempt. “We did not know he was coming back to kidnap the two children. “It was one of the youths who noticed his movement around the children that raised an alarm while the man took to his heels,” Sanni said. NAN reports that some policemen, who were at the scene, were not allowed by the mob to rescue the man before he was burnt. A police officer, who pleaded anonymity, told NAN that efforts to bring the situation under control were unsuccessful as the mob hurled stones at policemen. The series of explosions that rocked the Federal Capital Territory in the last two weeks appear to have taken toll on its health facilities as some of the hospitals in the territory rejected victims of Thursday’s bomb blast at Nyanya, a satellite community within the FCT, which left 30 people dead and many others injured. According to Sun News, Mrs. Tina Iwuji, a 52 year old mother from Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA, Imo State has been arrested by the Imo state police command for allegedly selling the two weeks old baby of her son’s girlfriend. Mrs Iwuji son, Emeka had impregnated his Lagos girlfriend, Esther Godwin, a native of Ndoki, Delta State and then decided to send her to his mother without telling his mum that he owned the pregnancy and also instructed Esther not to open up to his mother that he was the who got her pregnant. Mrs Iwuji accepted Emeka’s request and allowed Esther move into her house in January 2014. Everyday we hear all kinds of horrible news. A 45 year old man, Ahmed Akintola was remanded yesterday in Agodi prison for allegedly raping and impregnating his daughter. Prosecutor Oluyemi Eyiaromi told the court that the girl was carrying a three-month old pregnancy for her father, who resides in a one-room apartment with her mother and other siblings.According to him,the girl said her father always come down from bed to r**e her on the mat on several occasions. She said she complained to her mother’s family but no one listened. The Chief Magistrate of Iyaganku Chief Magistrate’s court, Ibadan who adjourned the case till May 11.
